support@dopell.comDoes it work with my car?
You need a car with CarPlay (wired or wireless) and an iPhone on iOS 26 or later. Voomi doesn’t add CarPlay to a car that doesn’t have it, and it doesn’t read data from your car (fuel, tires, mileage).
To check: on your iPhone open Settings → General → CarPlay. If your car is listed, you’re good.
I don’t see the widgets in my car
- Widgets live on a separate page to the left of the CarPlay Dashboard. Swipe right on the car screen.
- Add them on your iPhone: Settings → General → CarPlay → your car → Widgets, then add Voomi A, B and C.
- Smaller car screens show one stack of widgets; larger ones show two or three.
- Make sure your iPhone is on iOS 26 or later.
- Widgets can’t be tapped while driving. That’s how CarPlay works.
The sound doesn’t play
- iOS only allows this through a Shortcuts automation you turn on once. Open Voomi → Sounds → Set up: the screen walks you through every tap and shows whether the automation ran (“Played today at 8:14 AM”).
- After an iOS update, open Shortcuts and check that the automation is still on.
- CarPlay plays its own chime first; your sound plays right after it. The system chime can’t be replaced.
- If the sound plays from the phone speaker, choose Wireless in Sounds → Set up (it waits 3 seconds instead of 2).
Subscriptions and refunds
- Cancel any time: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Voomi.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- New iPhone or reinstalled the app? Open Voomi → Settings → Restore Purchases.
- Bought Lifetime while a subscription was active? Turn off the subscription’s renewal in the same Subscriptions screen so it isn’t charged.
